I had my camera slung over my shoulder in the elevator tonight here in Richmond. A couple in the elevator asked me how long I had been shooting with that thing.
Went to my first Mormon service. Ate the bread, didn't know what the little thimbles of liquid were. They were blessing a baby named Asher. We are naming our Asher in two weeks in a synagogue in Pittsburgh. Got to sit quietly and have my own experience inside of a group sharing theirs.
Went to Williamsburg - very clean and manicured. Felt like another kind of church. Liked seeing the guy with "LCD Soundsystem last concert ever" T-shirt. Bought a green apple for $1.10. They were selling souvenir cups you could refill as much as you want for the rest of the year. Soda, cider, coffee, ice cream. What a deal!
